These Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your normal statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). We will then send a second email when we start to process your order. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third e-mail, which will contain details of how we will deliver your products to you. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our third email will tell you so.)
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks or other agencies. In particular, we may pass your details to them to check against certain public and private databases. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery' below).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro. Payment is deducted only when we process your order.
DELIVERY
Where we Deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. For requirements to deliver outside the UK please email your enquiries for further assistance.
Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Indeed for all orders over the value of £75.00 our delivery charge is FREE. Our standard delivery is 5-10 working days, although in practice you may well receive the goods as quickly as the next day. You will only pay one delivery charge for orders under £75.00, irrespective of the number of products ordered.

How we Deliver
All of our products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. Very occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 2.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
Premium Delivery Services
Should you require your order urgently you can choose our additional premium delivery service which is £12.00 per delivery for all value orders. Our premium delivery service is normally next day delivery for orders received prior to 12:00 noon. All premium deliveries must be signed for.
Standard Postal and Courier Deliveries, normally 5 - 10 Working Days
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 5 - 10 working days of placing your order (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods such as Christmas).
If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delays.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands.

AURORA PRODUCTIONS LTD RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers. However, on very rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to provide you with excellent service, if any product is found to be faulty or defective, we offer the following return facilities:
When am I entitled to return goods?
Damaged, Defective or Faulty Goods.
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them and notify us of any defects or damage within 7 working days of receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged or defective on delivery to you, we will at our discretion, replace the goods or refund the price paid by you. Where goods are suspected to be faulty, we will at our option have them back to be tested by our technical support team. You will need to contact us at:

Once a fault has been confirmed you will be offered either a refund or a replacement.
Distance Selling.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. To cancel you must email us, or write to us (see above contact details) within seven days of delivery of your goods, quoting your Order Invoice Number. You must take reasonable care of the goods and must not use them. You must return the goods complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition to us at your cost and we advise you to adequately insure the goods if necessary during any return journey. If you are unable to return the goods within 21 days you must contact us to arrange a collection which will be at your cost. Please note that you have no right to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations if you are a business customer.
Unwanted or Incompatible Goods.
Unless you notify us to advise us of a return within 7 working days of delivery, we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible products except where they are faulty.
In such case we may at our discretion grant you a refund, but we are entitled to charge you 25% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. If products are unwanted or incompatible we will not refund the carriage charges or any costs incurred by you in returning them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incompatible Goods.
Where goods are faulty or incompatible you must contact us for return arrangements (see above contact details).
Method of Return.
We do advise you to return any goods to us via recorded delivery, as, if they are lost, we cannot be held responsible for them. Recorded delivery insures cover up to the value of £27. If you insure them, the full value of the goods will be covered if they are lost or damaged. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit from you to us so we advise you to wrap the goods adequately to prevent damage from occurring.
Response Time.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us that you are returning a product and that we have agreed. However, we are usually able to issue refunds within 5 - 10 working days from when the goods have been returned to our warehouse.

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions only cover the Aurora Productions Ltd website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
