Along with manufacturing own branded stationery lines for the leading wholesale stationers, contract stationers and educational supply organisations, across the whole of Europe, we can also develop for you within our own design team, the creation of new bespoke products.
Our extensive experience combined with state of the art equipment enables us to produce stationery lines exact to order. This commitment to you our customer, carries through into despatch, delivery and distribution.
Pre-Press
From your ideas, concepts, briefs & layouts, which we can receive by mail, email, disk or ISDN, we can work these up and present them back to you in hard copy or by email.
Printing Department
We have an array of ultra modern sheet fed and web fed presses which are used to print a wide variety of products and materials, such as full colour process for covers on exercise books, notebooks and diaries.
Our web printing is used mainly for printing books and diaries. In addition we have smaller presses for printing items such as special matter pages for the personalisation of diaries.
Bookbindery
Both large run and small run quantities of items can be achieved economically on our impressive collection of bookbinding machines.
We have unrivalled experience in sewn stitched and perfect bound books.
We can finish all our diaries, exercise books, registers, academic diaries, address books and report books with soft covers, cardboard covers or a cover with pad.
We can achieve numerous embellishments to products, such as foil blocking, blind embossing, 4 colour process, silk screening, gilt edging, on many substrates, including imitation leather, real leather, PVC and PP.
In addition, we can also bind in spiral, wiro and perl/comb bindings.
Our experience with manufacturing indexes and indexed products is second to none, and our machinery is highly specialised in this area.
Paper Converting
We have fully automatic production lines - starting from the paper rolls- ruling the paper, cutting into sheets, collating the sheets, applying covers, applying staples, wrinkling, cutting to size, counting, stack piling, automatic shrink wrapping and packing and automatic packing to pallets.
Our equipment is so versatile that exercise books, notebooks, musical notations, students’ books and report books are all manufactured on the same machine.
For the manufacturing of writing pads, course pads, loose leaf papers, record cards, notebooks, spiral bound books and wiro-bound books, we have another line of equipment with the same automated processes as above.
Plastic Converting
In many ways welded PVC can be considered the original material for the production of ring binders, folders and pockets. Its original appeal endures, and the vast range of materials available broadens the design options.
For an added luxury feel, binders can be foam padded, or bound in a variety of 'leather look' materials. Other embellishments such as foil blocking and metal corner protectors can impart an air of quality onto PVC binders.
Our PVC items are converted by high frequency welding machinery. These machines produce components for exercise books, diaries and ring binders in many variations. We can input by hand as well as fully automatic input.
All manner of plastic welding work can be done by means of specially manufactured electrodes. The variance of products is limitless: clip folders, clip boards, folders with elastic, ring binders, lever arch files, etc.
